Program
Management is a different animal. |
The classic project management
triangle saying is, Schedule, features, quality ... pick two. It is the project
manager's job to strive to meet all three goals.
There are libraries full of project
management books. This site is not an attempt to summarize or put forth a
new approach. Rather, my objective is to provide my views on project
management, particularly as applied in small companies, and against dynamic
projects.
